Orange Branch Book Fair

posted Mar 22, 2013, 10:29 AM by Webmaster FriendsofDCDL
The Friends of the Delaware County District Library (DCDL) will be holding the first of several Spring Bargain Book Fairs April 12 and 13 in the garage at the Orange Branch: 7171 Gooding Blvd.

The Friends of the Library (FOL) Book Fairs offer hundreds of gently used books, movies and more for Friends members and the general public to explore. To acquire a pile of marvelous materials, attendees are asked to make a donation to the Friends, which will in turn be donated to the library to support future programs and events.

You may fill a giant-sized recycled/recyclable Friends of the Library bag for only $10! The suggested donations for individual items range from $2 per hardback and $1 per paperpack. Remember, when you help the Friends, the Friends help the libraries.

Friday, April 12 is a FOL “members only” event from 6 to 8 p.m. Become a member the night of the event to gain early access to the book fair. The Bargain Book Fair will be open to the public from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 13.
