MEMBERSHIP CHAIR - Monte Stevens

Monte is an ELCA Lutheran pastor committed to community outreach and development. He believes learning is a life-long endeavor and the library is vital to any community. A good day is opening the cover of a new book and finishing the last page with new knowledge and fresh insights for life. He has taken to heart Albert Einstein’s sentiment that, “The only thing you absolutely have to know, is the location of the library.” When not reading you will find him on a nature trail taking landscape and nature photos. He also enjoys playing piano, pickleball, and pursuing moments of awe.
