Volunteers Needed for Delaware Book & Media Sale on 9/11 & 9/12
If you've never worked at Delaware, here are a few reasons to give it a try:
1-Karyn and Kyle are awesome book sale leaders!
2-The sale is inside/outside of the open garage, so you can either enjoy the sun and fresh breeze, or duck away from raindrops, but a Fall day in central Ohio is a lovely and fleeting experience.
3-The Delaware and Liberty book sales have separate inventories (i.e. our backs aren't interested in schlepping boxes of books between locations) so you can have an entirely different set of books and media to look through when you...
4-... shop before or after your shift and fill your bag with books for FREE because that's how we thank you, our loyal volunteers, for helping out!

We are actively looking for volunteers to participate in our Outreach Committee!
We support library services, programs, and staff by fundraising and encouraging gifts on behalf of the Library. We do this by networking throughout the Delaware County region at various Delaware and Powell city and chamber events.
We are seeking library-loving “social butterflies” who like being active in their community, to attend some of these various Friends and community events throughout the year. We are specifically looking for individuals who would like to join and volunteer with our Outreach committee.
