Summer is one of the best times to bring people together, and the Lolli-Pops! Concerts do exactly that. These fun seasonal gatherings offer families a relaxed way to enjoy music, connect with neighbors, and celebrate the kind of community spirit that makes Delaware County such a great place to live.

For the Friends of the Delaware County District Library, events like these are about more than entertainment. They help strengthen awareness of the Friends' mission and show how our libraries serve as a welcoming place for learning, connection, and shared experiences.

Why summer concerts matter

Community concerts create simple moments that people remember. They give children a chance to enjoy live music in a friendly setting, offer families an easy outing, and encourage residents to gather around a shared experience. That sense of togetherness is one of the many reasons we love supporting programs like this.

Young attendees can select an age-appropriate book to take home for FREE at every concert. (Bonus: sometimes we have titles for the adults, too!)
